Answer the phone
After receiving multiple text messages from the service manager regarding calling in to schedule my next appointment. I called in only to be greeted by multiple voicemails and no callbacks. I was finally able to schedule my appointment with the receptionist. Business should not send text messages if they are not prepared to hear from the consumer.

Good customer service is what makes Hyundai so great!!!
A few misunderstandings in the beginning with corporate but it was resolved with Ms. Pat tenacity to help us get what we deserved regarding our car. Hyundai is a very good car and they stand by their name when problems arise. I bought a Hyundai Sonata paid it off and gave it to my son. The only thing I had to buy was new tires for the raggedy roads in my city. Then, I bought a Hyundai Genesis, I get so many compliments off of that car. I love Hyundai cars, reliable and they look good.

Horrible Service!
First arriving to Westside Hyundai the advisor could not initially find my appointment on the tablet! Finally found my appointment that should have been a sign to me to leave! Drop my car off didn’t receive my car until 4 days later! The service advisor was the WORST, I had to call her about the status of my vehicle for 3 days straight! I overall service was horrible!!!

The service center is clean well kept, free WiFi, always accept coupons offered online, staff and service advisors professional friendly, and maintenance/repairs are done in a timely manner but quality results.
The air compressor went out in my 2016 Hyundai Accent sedan. Pat Conrad did an awesome job in replacing the part. Now I’m driving with cooler air and no humming sound:) Thank goodness it could be replaced under warranty with my car having 56,000+ miles. If I would’ve hit 60,000, would have cost me $12,000-$15,000! Linda, my car advisor, was really nice and professional.
