Had a wonderful experience
From the start of me just browsing to me actually purchasing the car, everything was so well operated and organized. I didn’t feel pressured into getting the car the day I did a test drive, even though I did end up getting the car the same day. That’s just how fast I feel in love with the car. But I still didn’t feel as if I was being forced into it. They let me actually take my time. The location itself is very clean and organized. The environment is also very calm and you will feel welcomed the moment you walk in. I was very appreciative of my sales rep Mishelle, she was so nice, understanding, and knowledgeable, it was and pleasant experience compared to other places I’ve been too.

It was a great experience buying my car at Safford.
Mishelle helped me and she is great- she explained the whole process well, communicated effectively and efficiently, and made sure all my concerns and questions were addressed promptly. Everyone else there is also very helpful. I had a lot of questions and they answered everything with patience and expertise and made the car-buying experience easy!

Excellent experience with Mishelle
I worked with Mishelle to purchase my 2022 Tucson. She did a wonderful job in being transparent about pricing while many other dealerships were trying to upcharge above sticker price but trying to hide it behind phony fees. Mishelle also was knowledgeable about the product and able to answer any questions I had.

Great overall experience
My experience at Safford Hyundai of Springfield was great. Mishelle assisted me through the entire process and I can't say enough nice things about her! She was very knowledgeable and patient from start to finish, answering all of my questions. As a first time buyer, Mishelle made me feel comfortable and excited to purchase my new car! I enjoyed working with Mishelle and knew that I was getting the best deal around at Safford Hyundai of Springfield!
