Thank you for bringing your last visit to my attention. I am so sorry for the uncharacteristic level of service you experienced. I did find out about the incident in the shop regarding the foul language and this matter has been resolved. I can only hope your past service experiences with us can eliminate the level of service you recently experienced. We take a tremendous pride in providing the best customer service we can offer and unfortunately a bad apple can ruin it for everyone. I am making notes in your service file to have your next oil change service on us for any inconvenience we caused. The Service Department at Hyundai of St Augustine is fantastic!
The employees of the service department greet you immediately when you drive up, everyone is always very friendly & helpful. If there is a problem or delay, I've always been notified immediately & the problem was explained to my satisfaction.

After purchasing a vehicle from the used car department in July, Tuscan 2013, less than 26,000 miles, I have had to replace battery and front brake pads.

Ok service
Had a nail in tire. Hyundai took car off rack, came in and asked if I wanted the tire replaced. Then had to wait for the lift to be open, when they could have left the car on the rack and changed the tire. I was 50 feet away.
