Convenient, inexpensive for great job and no wait service.
Service guys were right on top of everything. I called in the morning for an appointment and I got in that afternoon. I only waited about 45 minutes and my car was finished. They all were so polite.

I had taken my 2014 Sonata for a seat-belt recall fix. I scheduled the appointment for 10 AM and was told it would take no longer than thirty minutes. Twenty five minutes later, I'm leaving the dealership with a fixed car and a Happy attitude

Friday Day off service. The Service advisers are familiar with my work schedule,
This service appointment was a longer list than usual. The technicians were able to complete the list in less time than I expected. Even with a few glitches the work was finished in a timely manner. The loaner car was an Elantra GT and was fun to drive. I have owned six Hyundai vehicles. Voss Hyundai has done the service work on all of them, and will continue to do the work on my current vehicles.

Told them going in engine had a loud tapping. Took them all day to tell me the tapping was coming from the engine and would cost $1500 to $4000 to repair, and then was charged nearly $60.

       I have reviewed your work order and would like More information from you about your review. 
    
You had brought your car in for us to check out the noise coming from the engine, your advisor explained the check out fee and you had let him know it was worse after the car had sat for some time. 

I would also like to go over your comment about having completed the routine maintenance, this was only the second time we have seen your car in our service department, we have no way of knowing what has been completed on your car as far as maintenance and your car does have 131,000 miles on it. You can contact Hyundai Motor America if you would like to see what they are willing to do for you.

Always great service at a great price! Roughly $70.00 to get my oil changed, windshield wipers changed, car washed and fluids topped off. And they fixed a recalled item for free to boot!

I was within my mileage warranty but had just exceeded my calendar warranty, and needed $600 worth of new parts and installation. The staff at Voss worked with Hyundai to make sure that this cost would be covered, and by the time Voss called me to update me on my car's status, everything had already been sorted out.
