I left with more than expected. I also work in the service industry. I came in for a recall and got the others that were due completed and my car was washed all done very timely. Great job to all!! I was treated like customer that had been there years even though it was my first experience.

First Impression Means Everything These Days
First impression means everything these days. Brought my car in to get engine light looked at. We already knew what the code was but wanted a dealer to tell us what they thought it was. We ended up declining service. Brought our car home that night got underneath to inspect what they was talking about and notice one of my hoses wasn't plugged back in and one of my wire harness was snapped to keep it secured to the box.

So back to first impression. The facility was nice and clean, all of the people there was polite and respectful to us. We was able to create our appointment online with no issues. Our only complaint is just because we declined your service doesn't mean it's okay to cause damage and not put hoses back where they should have been. Because of this we will probably find another Hyundai dealer to buy our car from and do repairs if needed.

Good Morning,

Thank you for your feedback on your recent service visit. We appreciate your business.

I wanted to go over the concerns that you had about your visit. Did you receive a copy of your multi point inspection at the time of check out? I would be glad to go over the information on that with you. I will also follow up with your advisor about you not getting the information communicated to you.

We do on occasion have to adjust the seat so the tech can move the cars in and out of the bays during service and try to get them back as close as we can I apologize for the inconvenience.

When the batteries are tested during the inspection we also do have to turn off the auto headlights to get an accurate test result, but we should have turned it back on after the test. I will make sure your tech is aware that he did not turn yours back on.

Mark Atwood, Service Advisor really does a great job. He always takes good care of me and makes sure that my accent is serviced properly, His time line is perfect. Voss has the best service and service department that I have used. My car is always ready when he says it will be. Mark always has my car washed, which is really great. When you get your car serviced at Voss, ask for Mark.
