Voss is Boss!
I felt very comfortable buying a car from Voss. The salesman was very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure during the entire process. The service department is wonderful! They were extremely courteous and thorough in answering questions and explaining any concerns I had. It was also very easy to schedule an appointment for maintenance.

I am elderly and a widow and know nothing about cars, when my husband passed away Mark told me he would advise me on my car care and I have never been disapointed or overcharged. You know some places do tell widows they need work done that they don't need. I have never had to worry about that. Mark always has time to talk to me about my car and doesn't lead me astray.

I am an elderly widow lady who knows nothing about cars. When my husband passed away Mark said he would always make sure they took the best care of my car and needs. I feel confident he was being honest and I like talking to him. I have never had a bad experiance or had to pay for something I didn't need. I hope he never changes jobs!

Customer services hat is the best I’ve ever had
Mark Atwood and Justin could write the book on how to excel in customer care. The are friendly, knowledgeable and caring employees. Part of my decision to buy another Hyundai would be due to these excellent men and their willingness to help me with my car.
