Still Great Service
One of the main reasons we stuck with Hyundai for our recent new car purchase was the quality of service that we have received from our local dealer during the past 12 years. Just had first service for the new one ... got in very conveniently and out very quickly.

Going out of their way to help
My battery died the day before Thanksgiving and I had 585 mile trip ahead of me. I got a jump and ran the car to Hyundai. I knew they would be super busy, and didn't think it would be a possibility, but I tried anyway - hoping to at least get some advice or a recommendation from them on where to go. To no surprise - they were busy with cars lined up to be serviced. I told Mark my story and he said they would take care of it! They even changed my oil for me. I was in and out in 50 minutes - on what I thought was going to be a very long day. Thanks for going out of your way to take care of a customer!

Fixed my car.
Normal service. Had a problem with cruise control and dashboard blower. Fixed a leak in my tire, fixed the cruise control and ordered the part for the blower. Extended warranty on cruise control so no cost. Very happy with 165,000 service.

Tells me you folks have a knowledge and understanding of the operations of a Hyundai
Despite not communicating on the update of the service work (a first) and no one available to release my car to me after work was done, you guys still do good work. My 2007 Hyundai is still going strong and running good.
