Once in line for service, we received our loaner to drive around Tallahassee which we did. It was a 2021 G80 and very nice. Our car was ready in three hours and was cleaned and detailed! Very pleased with Marcus Ancheta and Lee who worked in customer service.
I purchased by Genesis G90 at another dealership and had my first service with Werner Genesis this week. Every aspect of services from pickup, to delivery, to detailing was outstanding.
They understood my problem was bigger that just a broken down car. Problem 1: How do I get the cart to you; over 90 miles away? Problem 2: How do I get the car back from Tallahasse, FL to memphis, TN; about 550 miles away. They helped with suggestions on that. But, more than anything, they got to the root of the problem quickly and made the repair quickly. They did a overall service check on the car and found some things that was said to have been done by the seller that was not done.
