Great service when I needed it the most
My visit was unexpected because the car dashboard warned of a possible issue. I was in need of finding the service as soon as possible. I had no reservation, but took a chance that they could squeeze me in. I arrived early when they opened and was greeted and helped with much sympathy and kindness. Beyond my expectations, Hyundai Wesley Chapel came through in an efficient and timely manner. I am truly grateful. I will be back when the need arises!

Replace engine shield
Larry Rosecrants has been very cooperative in resolving an issue with a engine shield problem which started while we were traveling. The car was disabled and I had it towed to the closest dealer in Gainesville (about 100 miles away). That dealer fixed the engine problem. But when I had it serviced recently in Wesley Chapel, the tech noticed that the engine shield was missing . Larry was able to get a new shield for the engine and had it replaced as soon as he possibly could!

Service without pressure!!
When I scheduled this appointment I was concerned that I would have to have more work done than I could afford. Larry was very honest and didn't press me with more work that wasn't needed. Not often have I dealt with auto industry people I felt I could trust...I totally got a good first impression and felt very comfortable with Larry!
