I’ve read up on the Hyundai SUVs before purchasing the 2021 Palisade. The reviews were great. I’ve owned Nissan’s and Honda’s before, this is my first Hyundai and I’m loving it.
The Palisade drives great and all the features are easy to use. If your in the market to buy a new vehicle, you need to test drive other brands and then test drive a Hyundai. You will see and feel a big difference between other brands.
Our experience was fantastic. We started looking a few months ago. Kenny answered all our questions and showed us a few options. There was no pressure, just information. Months later we were ready to buy, so we went back and asked for Kenny.
He helped us through the entire process. He was honest, fair, helpful and friendly. I had to go back in after a couple of days and Kenny came right up to meet, greeted me by name and immediately took care of want I needed. I feel like I've joined the Hyundai family! We really appreciated the no pressure buying experience.
