Had a problem with my 2016 Sonata. I requested my favorite technician, Keith. Keith is extremely knowledgeable about all problems. Cabin air filter change/replacement
After replacing the above, the bad air smell is still coming out so seems like the tech did not change/replace the filter and as such I rated poor for the review. The service manager/tech has reached me and assured to correct the issue. So, once the the promised NO-Charge cabin ozone treatment service is completed, I will be more satisfied. Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Our apologies for your dissatisfaction. The engine air and a/c cabin filters will not remove odors from the inside of your vehicle. If we were asked to inspect for an odor we would have recommended an a/c refresh service and ozone treatment. We understand your frustration and stand behind our reputation and work performed 100%.
