He is ASE Certified with over 30 years in the automotive repair business with years of training with Mercedes, VW, Chrysler and GM vehicles. Ken thrives in an upbeat, friendly work environment and is known for his positive and caring customer service. When not at work, Ken enjoys spending time with family, pets & loves music.

Excellent Highly Recommended!
Ken was very patient and professional when relating information about my repairs needed. He gave me time to decide what I approved to be completed. The final repairs ended up costing less than quoted - which was very reasonable compared to elsewhere. It also took less time to complete the repairs than expected.
Overall everything was excellent and professional: service, timing, repairs and price. I highly recommend this business.

first timer, outstanding service!
I was recently referred to Bruce's by a friend after the Mercedes dealer quoted an absurdly high price for strut and brake work. Ken was able to source a combination of OEM and aftermarket components and bring the costs in line. The work was outstanding, delivered on time at a reasonable cost, and flawless. The car drives like new and with new Continental True Contact tires, handles like a dream, particularly on wet roads. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!
