Hyundai Sante Fe Great smaller SUV. After 2 Subarus, recos by new owners & best in class awards, took a test drive. Santa Fe sells itself. Great seats, use of space, excellent drive train & great service & Personnel at Hatchett Hyundai. Great buying experience. only negative--owners manuals opaque poorly illustrated. Fortunately my salesman answered Qs on phone.

The people!

Salesman (Matt) went over & beyond in car information— even to coming to our house when we couldn’t get the car & garage doors programmed. Kurt made the payment paperwork a breeze to get through. Thankful for both for their knowledge & patience. Great experience!

Best vehicle purchase

Hatchett Hyundai West is the place to get your next vehicle from. They are nice and not pushy and are willing to find exactly what you are looking for! They treat you with respect and not just trying to get you in to any ol’vehicle and off their lot. I was extremely happy with my purchase and will continue to go back for all my vehicle service needs and when it’s time for an upgrade! Deceptive advertising and dishonesty

Lied to me regarding my trade in value, costing me over $7000. Their representation of offering up to $1000 over Kelley Blue Book Value proved false. They made up a story of how the banks would not take a contract for my 2016 F150 with only a little over 20,000 miles on it, at the average trade value. Yet a few days later, they are listing my truck for sale at Maximum Trade Value, as "Value Priced"!

Matt was the perfect salesman ! Never pushy, answered all my questions ,and very patient with me. I even told him I wanted to drive several SUV's from different companies, which he encouraged me to do. When the time came to choose a vehicle , the style of the body, the color (red) , and features were important to me. Matt was persistent in finding my "perfect" vehicle.
My wife and I love our new 2021 Santa Fe ! Can't wait to take our first road trip in it.

Great car buying experience!

Hatchet Hyundai West treated us like family from the beginning. They answered all our questions, let us test drive a number of cars, and provided a no pressure environment. Our salesman, Trystan Tyner, was thoughtful and helped us weigh out all our options until we found the perfect car for our family. Kurt, in financing was through and great at explaining things. Both went above their job descriptions. Hatchet Hyundai offers the best warranty and will be the first place we go for our next car.

Amazing service all around!

I had been set on not purchasing a brand new car because I have young children and my job requires a lot of travel. My salesperson, Trevor, was respectful of this choice and attempted to find a used car that would suit my needs but it was difficult! After a lot of discussion about what I truly needed and was willing to bend on, he was able to get me into a 2021 Elantra that fits all my needs and stayed within my budget. I have had this car for almost 2 weeks and it's amazing. Trevor has checked in multiple times to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely go back!

Dedicated sales, finance and service.

I’m on my fourth Hyundai, that alone says a lot about their quality. But it is the people and personnel at Hatchett Hyundai West that keep me coming back from sales and financing to service. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership, they have always been great to work with.
