Excellent Experience, Great Vehicle
Our experience buying a car from this dealership was great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful of our time and preferences. We had some difficulty contacting staff members before we purchased the vehicle, but other than that, our experience was excellent! We are very happy with the vehicle and had a fairly easy time getting it from Hyundai of Silsbee.

Amazing!
Went in looking for a new bigger car for my new baby coming soon! Karen greeted us at 6 o’clock at night when we showed up and we were out of there in 2 hours or less. Absolutely thrilled with costumer service, the friendliness, the honestly and the way we were taken care of and I love my new car!

Some trouble
I went when they were doing a sales blitz and the contractor I spoke with makde all kinds of promis and lied through his teeth but the actual sales manager for the dealership and the sales person did a good job keeping my business and making me happy
