We have been going to Veryl's for more years than I can count. The service is exceptional!! Whether it is an oil change or something more involved, the repair is well executed while keeping costs to a minimum. They keep us appraised of things that will need to be addressed going forward, so there are few surprises. A good mechanic is always of great value. Highly recommend this garage.

New tire—ordered and on!

When the old one popped, we ordered a new tire from Veryl’s (where we had bought the tires and get our vehicles serviced). Justin was great—he got the new tire in the very next day and even made time in his crazy schedule to put the new tire on my wife’s car as soon as she went in to pick it up.

Excellent service and affordable high quality work

I am a senior citizen who could trust Veryl to do right by me and not try to take advantage of me in any way. They are honest and have skilled employees and provide excellent customer service. Fair prices, and they are also state certified inspection station too. They are certified by MA to provide repairs needed to pass inspection. They also are watchdogs for future needs that I would not know about being clueless about auto evaluations.

Poor “follow up”…

We took our BMW Z3 in for an oil change (if needed), RMV inspection, brake yellow warning light on (intermittently) and a radio code reset.
All that was completed, was the RMV Safety Inspection. Brake light still comes on, they could not reset the radio because they could not get the code from BMW, and the oil was not changed. (May have been a miscommunication - but it had not been changed in well over a year.)
When we got into the vehicle, to leave Veryl’s, we discovered that the driver’s side, interior door pull was broken off of the door card (it was just “hanging”). We are now left with having to hunt for a new door pull, and have it replaced. The repair shop apparently has not taken any responsibility, for breaking the door pull (no follow up call back) This car is a “classic” (2002), and the part is NO longer available from BMW. Needless to say, we were not pleased with this visit. NOTE: We have since had the oil changed elsewhere.
We have always been pleased with our service at Veryl’s, but this visit has left us quite dissatisfied.

Fair Honest Quality

I have been a customer of Veryl's for 20 plus years and the have always done excellent work for a reasonable price. They NEVER upsell (unless your vehicle really needs the extra work). They are the best mechanic's shop I have ever used.
