Good help is hard to find!
Communication is terrible. The people don't seem to know what they are doing. They tell you service will take one hour and it ends up being 3 hours. They always try to sell you something else.

Yes, we got Emails (not call) their answer was the phone lines have had these issues since November. Something about new system and internet connection, etc. If it has been an issue since November 2021 then "whom ever's" responsibility it is to get it corrected hasn't done their job. Saying "I'm sorry" and telling me this has been a problem for 2+ months, then asking for a re-score doesn't make it right. It makes me feel the rating is important and not the issue.

My car was there for three days. During that time we called and only received ability to leave voice mail. Calls were not returned.
Personnel were friendly and service advisor was great. The in ability to get our calls answered were frustrating. I use a wheelchair and am 30 miles from dealership so just "stopping in" is difficult for me. In desperation ( after 3 days) called and acted as if I was interested in buying a new car. Salesperson then helped me get a hold of someone in service department to see if my car was ready. The "Check " and recommendation of service included things that were recently done such as brakes needed immediate care (Replaced pads, etc less that 1,000 miles previously) Filters that were replaced at last oil change I were told needed replacement. Fluids that were also replaced and flushed in past 1,000 miles were rated as needing flushing. It felt as if no one actually looked and just used the Hyundai recommendations based on mileage. This is not helpful to the customers and could be unnecessarily expensive for the customer. This doesn't feel to me like customers care.

Warranty maintenance
Excellent experience overall, from setting the appointment to taking the car to the dealer. This was the 6200 mile warranty checkup including tire rotation and oil change. Went like clockwork from driving up the the shop door to check in to the car going to the mechanic to it coming back an hour later. As part of the inspection, they recommended that the engine and cabin air filters were showing wear and recommended changing them soon, but not an immediate need. I appreciated that forthrightness. I'll deal with changing them out at the next oil change. And it was all free under the new car maintenance care by the dealer. Can't beat that! I have an excellent local mechanic shop, and the Hyundai dealer is an hour away, so not real convenient. But it's worth the drive for the free service. I'm very particular about my car maintenance and when I find a good shop, that stands behind their work, I'm a loyal customer. So Haselwood Hyundai gets my confidence.

Not really happy I bought a prepaid car care at the time of purchase haven’t used all of my nine oil changes three Winchell wiper repairs or tire rotation and now they’re trying to tell me that there’s an expiration that’s crappy customer service never told me once that there was an expiration for something that is prepaid does not make sense never again will I buy that package

Turns out I needed some expensive work done, but they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, completed the servicing quickly, and even threw in a discount (hey, every bit helps!). Definitely like the Haselwood folks!!

Not same quality from previous year
Newly employed Service representative shouldn’t be left alone on a busy weekday afternoon to handle entire load , poor girl had new and completed service tickets laying everywhere and just plain overwhelmed during this visit.

I called this place to make an appt for maintenance for my vehicle. When I called to make the appt, I asked specifically if my
maintenance contract could be transferred and used for the service. After holding for 15+minutes, I was told they COULD honor my maintenance contract. When I arrived, I asked again and confirmed we were covered. Once I
got all the way back home (20 minutes), they called to say they were not able to honor the service contract. We drove back again and we’re told they would cover it. Couldn’t that have been a phone call? So 120+minutes in the car and didn’t have my car. They indicated it would take 3 hours but called 5-6 hours later when I could not get a ride back to pick up the car.

I felt we took very good care of the situation, in taking care of you and your oil change/service. We did not and cannot honor your oil change/maintenance package as it is for a "Ford" dealership not purchased through our Autogroup. I apologize for the miss communication upon scheduling with our call center, as that has since been addressed. I personally took care of your oil change here, because thats what I would want someone to do for me. I will be reaching out to you today in hopes of some resolution. Thank you for your time.
