Peace of Mind
I am a widow and know very little about car maintenance. My husband always took care of my car and always trusted Mullins. I still drive that same car. When I needed brakes, I was told before hand that by me next appointment, I would have to have them replaced. So I had plenty of notice. I never have put windshield washer fluid in my car and I do not worry about any routine maintenance. However, this last appointment, I was told I was missing a lug nut on one of my wheels. I was grateful they noticed this and replaced the nut. When I went to check out, I was told that I would not be charged, again, I was very grateful, but when I checked the bill, the nut was listed and I was charged for it. Don't get me wrong, I would have happily paid for said nut, but don't tell me one thing and then do another. My service is usually performed quickly and efficiently.

Always Mullins automotive
Mullins Automotive does it again. Being a small business owner can be stressful and nerve racking. If you have vehicles which are important for your business to operate, I can only recommend Mullins Automotive. Adding to my fleet of trucks I recently purchased another truck, a 2019 F350. Though this truck appeared to be practically brand new and no service needed, I brought it to Mullins for a thorough check up. No major issues were detected via computer diagnostics. However some little things I wanted done, oil change, fluids and small interior fixes like seat switches and mirrors. Dwayne ( the owner ) treats every customer like family and his team of mechanics up to office personnel are amazing. Dwayne will be upfront and honest, he’ll tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. His experience and personality is always beyond reproach. Now my truck runs like a finely tuned machine and no worries. If you have a vehicle gas or diesel, I will always recommend Mullins. Thank you Dwayne and your team of professionals…

Work got done but the customer service and clean up could be a little better
The work got done. Took a little longer than we expected as we thought it would be done sooner but maybe that was just implied and/or our wishful thinking. Very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle with grease on the door, seat headliner etc. Had this problem with my avalanche couple years previously ago.

Excellent Work
I would highly recommend anyone having to have their automobile or truck worked on to choose Mullins Automotive. Their service was fast and friendly, but perhaps the thing I was most impressed with, was their honesty. I had taken my truck to a different automotive service and they gave me an estimate that was over $6,000 and when I chose to get a second opinion from Mullins Automotive, they repaired my truck for $300. I will not hesitate to use their services again if and whenever i need an automotive repair.

2015 Ford F250 Transmission Gravel Shield
Our 2015 F250’s gravel shield became loose on one side, after calling Josh we were able to come in next morning (even though they had full schedule). Paul was great checking us in and having the truck looked at quickly, repairs were completed in 15 minutes with excellent service by the Technician.

As we have always experienced with Paul and staff, excellent professional quick thorough service. Will always recommend Mullins and staff.

Alternator belt and radiator hose
Very efficient work. I had a high pitch noise in the engine. It was the alternator belt, when checked they found radiator hose about ready to burst. Had these two replace and car runs fine no noise.They checked my tires and fluids for me as well.

Our Nissan Pathfinder was running poorly and hide engine warning symbols

Took my 2022 F250 in for diagnostic testing for testing.
Employees very friendly and unfortunately the truck didn’t replicate it’s symptoms long enough to throw a code to make a diagnosis.No charge for their time and said to bring it back if it throws any codes.
