The dealer I previously used has gone down hill. Huffines service department is the prime example of what a service department should be. I'll drive 25 minutes longer to get superior service!!!

Very smooth Experience. They were quick, kind and made my experience a breeze. My car was done so fast and the check out was a quick signature, beautiful receipt given of work done, and I drove out feeling happy and taken care of. My Car was spotless and cleaned and nothing was messed with like I’ve experienced with other dealerships. Will definitely come back.

Mr. Ellis contacted me about my concern that the door latch on my passenger door was not operating correctly and that it was not fixed under the Hyundai extended warranty when I brought my car in last month. Mr. Ellis assured me they would fix the door and indicated that he needed to find the necessary part. He called me back two days later and we scheduled the appointment the same week. Thanks for thoroughly addressing the issue.

Since I am not a fan of scheduling through the app because it does not acknowledge the fact I pre-paid all services when I bought my car, the service manager gave me his email address to schedule appointments. Great customer service!
