Never go to the Avon Indiana branch for any reason *Update 1/27/2022*
The store staff proved they didn't listen to a word I said by calling the wrong contact after I had them fix it 3 times, tried to claim I didn't do something they already had record of in their system that was proven by their own paperwork using said wrong contact information, gave me an insulting offer for my trade in after I showed the research I did on my car, upcharged me a "Market Adjustment" because "everybody's doing it", never actually told me about some of the hidden insurance charges attached to my coverage on top of lying to my face about taking it off auto-pay, gave me a spare key to a different car, and half threw the money at me when I asked for them to cover my 78 mile , hour long trip to bring them the key.

I was informed that the star selection only affects the sales rep that I worked through and not the company. I am updating the star rating to reflect my experience with John Boffo only, the rest of this location still earned it's 1 star.

I also was advised during this time that the paperwork that I signed to receive my title was sent to the incorrect location now, which could take anywhere from 1 day to 3 months to fix. They sent John to me rather than having me go back to the store to sign another copy of the documentation to speed this up, the only thing I have appreciated about the management's choices. I spent a large amount of time inspecting to ensure the new document matched the first one prior to signing.
