Pleasant experience
I was looking to lease a Toyota utilizing their current lease special. Jim and the finance gentleman offered me exactly what was being advertised with no other hard upsells, unlike two other local dealerships. I would reach out to them again for future auto sales needs.

Bad trade-in experience.
We had our name placed on the waiting list for a RAV4 Hybrid. The estimated wait time was quite long and we were surprised when Jim called and said a vehicle would be available in several weeks. He promptly answered questions and we are now the proud owners of a new car. The trade-in part of the transaction was not so satisfying. Trade-in was single owner car and low mileage for its age. Trade-in value was posed as "take-it or leave it". While we understand they want to make a profit , were very disappointed to see the trade-in listed for sale at nearly 3X the value they paid for. Cannot recommend this dealer if you have a trade-in as part of the transaction.

My experience at Vancouver Toyota was so great. With Jim (in sales) Mike (in finance) after purchasing my 4Runner, we came back later that evening with my son, and he bought a car there. Our experience that evening with Nick (in sales) and Nathan (in finance) was just as great. Thanks!
