Recall appointment
I made a recall appointment for my 2013 Elantra. I had an 8:00 am appt. on president's day, 2-19. And came on time to check in and the shop was already busy due to the holiday. An attendant came without much wait and took my mileage info and told me to go into the service area and wait for an advisor. Again, not much wait later, I saw an advisor and he quickly wrote service order and told me it will be about 2 hours to do the job. I told him I would wait for my car. I went inside, got some coffee and sat in the customer lounge and did some personal reading while I waited. Within the less than 2 hrs., the service rep. call my name and told me the car was ready. He went outside to check to make sure my car was NOT blocked, pointed me to the location of my car and handed my keys. I was very happy that the work was done at the time promised and the was pleasantly surprised that my car was returned with a clean outside wash! Thank you Puente Hills Hyundai!

Excellent customer service
Javer Esquivel always goes above and beyond when assisting us in keeping our Hyundai Vera Cruz in shape. He has tremendous knowledge of the products he sells and the types of service that our vehicles need at the time we see him. He communicates with us very well and explains clearly our options.

Great, speedy & personal service every time I bring my cars (2) in. Work completed at highest standard
I always enjoy working with my service manager, Javer Esquivel. He know the service history of my cars, and makes excellent recommendations for work he feels my cars need. I have learned to trust his judgement. He also caught two recalls listed for the car. He always checks for this each time I come in. ****** (6 stars, 5 is not enough!)

MY SERVICE ADVISER JAVER AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE HE PROVIDES
Javer Esquivel has been my service adviser for the last 8 years and has provided me with a secure sense when having my automobile maintenance done. The man knows his stuff and ensures that I know exactly what type of service is being performed.
I will continue to bring my car into Puente Hills Hyundai for maintenance and will encourage others to do so.

Javer is a great asset to the Puente Hills team.

Very fast and efficient!
They were amazing. My car was done in less than two hours, and they were very professional. They keep their facility very organized and neat, and everything was ready by the time I got back.

My tail lights would not go off, even with the lights off and engine shut off.
Javor had it figured out and the car was repaired quickly.
That guy has always come through for me!

Javer!!!
So I went in for a basic oil change but, I also went to get one of my door handles repainted as the clear coat was starting to peel off. Of course still covered under the warranty the paint was cleared but they also covered the cost of the phone change, and my driver's side mirror free of charge! Altogether I saved about $130 and I owe it all to Javer! Great service man and I'll be looking for him next time I get my 30k mile service.
