Very Satisfied Customer
The environment is pleasant and clean. It’s nice to see through the glass window to view the techs working on the vehicles.
Everyone is cordial and it’s much appreciated.
Javier the service manager is great. He is patient and he listens to you. Communication is a must.
I left WIN Hyundai El Monte and I made the right decision.

Service Rep Xavier was great! He was able to me in and out the service needs within a very reasonable time. However, calling or text Service rep department in general was disappointing. There was no one available on the phone or acknowledge the text message sent. I have tried calling & texting. Hyundai needs to have enough staffing to handle phone calls & return text or open up the website for customer to schedule the next service.

Javier the service MGR is absolutely the best. the only man I will go to there. Sadly I am extremely unhappy with Sonata hybrid and will be contacting corporate!

I have used Hyundai service since the beginning of the purchase of this vehicle and a prior vehicle and refused to go any place else. Javer Esquivel has been my service rep from day one on the purchase of this vehicle and I will use no other. He pays attention to my needs and knows the recommended service for this vehicle, he gives me quality service. Without Javer I would probably use some outside services for servicing some of my needs.

I know I have other dealers that I may take my Genesis for service. However, during the past 6 yrs, I have only dealt with Javier Esqivel. When I bring my car in for service, I leave everything up to him. His advise and recommendations have kept me current and happy. Javier always makes me feel I'm the only client he has. I would probably follow him to which ever dealership he works at.
