Our salesperson, Jim Cox, was very helpful and knowledgeable as well was the sales manager and finance manager. All the staff treated us with kindness and respect. I feel that I can contact Jim in the future if I have questions about my car or service,

Jim was great- he was attentive, extremely helpful, and made sure I got everything I wanted in a vehicle and more. I appreciate him and the whole Crain Hyundai team for helping me get my first ever brand new car!! I love my 2021 Tucson and I named her Heidi.
