Slow Service and Poor Communication
My recent experience with Camden Collision Center left much to be desired. The service was incredibly slow, with inadequate communication about the repair progress, leaving me feeling frustrated and uninformed. To top it off, when I finally got my car back, it was disappointingly dirty, necessitating an extra trip to the carwash. On the plus side, the pricing was competitive, and the quality of work appeared to be good. Despite these merits, the need for substantial improvements in service speed and communication is evident.

Outstanding
Would give more than 5 stars if I could. New to area and everyone was so friendly professional and made us feel like home. We will be returning a lot. The best.

Excellent Service. Recommend!
Scott was fantastic. He is very detailed oriented. I brought my Porsche Cayenne in because the check engine light was on and I couldn't find the issue on my own. I really appreciated that he went over all the possible scenarios that could be. Communication was great too. Scott called me with regular updates and the "good news, we solved it" call too. When checking out, he offered to show me the bad part, which I appreciated. I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend their service.
