Great car buying experience
Our salesperson John, was very courteous and professional throughout the experience of purchasing one car and leasing another. He even delivered the lease vehicle to our home on the coast and then came in on his day off to go over the features of our new Palisade. We felt we paid a fair price for the new car and was given a fair value for our trade-in.

Great sales experience, poor vehicle prep for delivery.
Sales person and sales manager were great to work with but vehicle was delivered to us and still had protective tape and assembly stickers on car.

First off, thank you for taking the time this morning to chat with me about your experience.  As stated when we discussed it, by no means do I ever want a disconnect from start to finish in regards to our sales process.

No haggle, great deal, finalized quickly
Walked in not really knowing what I wanted, had test driven several cars & decided to check out the Tucson. Our overall experience here was awesome. Didn’t get bounced around from 1 person to another, everything was no pressure just answering questions, staff was friendly & knowledgeable and didn’t try to up-sell me to something more expensive (even when I mentioned it) they just shared with me where the value was & let me decide for myself. When we decided to buy we were done in about an hour & that included them detailing & fueling up the car. Everyone there was friendly and chatty from management to finance. Did not feel like any typical car sales experience I’d ever been through before, just low key. Hit by freezing rain that night John, our salesman, made sure my vehicle was in AWD mode for me so it was one less thing I had to mess with & I made it home safely. Highly recommend purchasing your next Hyundai from Beaverton Hyundai!

Great Car, Great Service, Great Sales
I was in the market for a new car and after reading reviews figured the Hyundai Palisade was a good choice. I reached out and John Armstrong contacted me. From the start he was great to work with. He listened, worked to get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I had already been to several competing dealerships and they all seemed to have their own agenda and not really listening to my goals. The sale was quick, the paperwork minimal and the entire staff friendly and accommodating.

great experience
This was my second lease experience (my first was at Chevy). I had some issues in the past but the process at Beaverton Hyundai was hassle free. It was such a relief! John Armstrong made the whole experience wonderful too as he supported me through the process from the very beginning. When other dealerships ignored me off, John was quick to reply to my emails, answered all my questions and was 100% honest. In the end he was the main reason I went with Hyundai.

Matthew was an exceptional sales person
My purchase of a new Hyundai Kona was the easiest purchase ever. I loved the service I received and when I saw the great sales I thought it was time to trade it in for new. I was able to quickly chose a vehicle with the help of the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Drove off feeling not pressured and with everything I wanted and at a comfortable payment

They Lived Up to The Hyundai Name/Quality!
All's well that ends well!! Initial problem with the new car I purchased (no one's fault---just one of those crazy "flukes") resolved to my satisfaction. When I picked up the car the people couldn't have been nicer. So happy to have my car! Even compensated for my frustration, which is very much appreciated!!!
