Professionalism
Great team at HAC.
They were able to fix an ac issue that the dealer could not figure out.
They know what they are doing I would recommend to anyone who need a repair and want great service.

Efficient, helpful, and trustworthy
I went to them on a whim after leaving my overnight shift as my car was shaking as I was trying to drive home. I googled mechanics near me and looked through reviews, they seemed to standout so i took a chance and it paid off. They were extremely helpful and upfront about the cost and repair and worked quickly to help me get home to get rest. My car had been having other noises and issues and i was wanting to get it looked at but afraid of the cost. They only did what was necessary and never tried to intimidate me into doing more work than actually needed just to upsell me. It was a great experience and i will be going back to help maintain my car.

All checked out and good to go
Had my F150 in for a repeating battery drain, an oil change, and an AC check. They put it on the computer but couldn’t find the ghost draw. So they went out of their way to get me a new battery replacement under warranty from Advanced Auto. They recommended a brake and transmission fluid flush to round out the 60k mile service. Seems now it’s all good in the neighborhood. This was my 3rd or 4th service with you guys and it’s been a great experience. Thank you!

Very helpful

Great mechanics and great service

Excellent Auto Service
I am very happy to have found the Hialeah Auto Care Center for my car needs. I had almost lost control of my Ford Explorer due to a Ford Dealer replacing with the wrong parts the steering system on a recall. Mr Fabian Leon, Service Manager, and Mechanic Luis inspected my vehiche and identified the wrong doing by the Dealership. The parts were replaced by the correct ones and the steering was aligned correctly in a short time. My vehicle is SAFE again and a pleasure to drive, thanks to the professional staff of HACC! I will come to this Shop for all my future vehicles's needs. Thanks HACC!!!!

Very honest & thorough job done. They repeatedly tried sync their computer with my Touareg’s to properly diagnose but couldn’t. In the end they didn’t charge me.
