Appreciated
I stopped by because my low tire pressure light went on a few days ago. I didn't want to go too long with not taking care of it, so I got a chance to go by the Loveland location to have the tires checked which Evan did right away. He found a nail in one of the tires, and was able to get it plugged in a very short time. Evan was very helpful and friendly to make sure my car was taken care of.

Great overall experience, pricing was reasonable, and service/communication were outstanding!
Evan was super helpful, explained the process and communicated throughout. I have to say that the customer service side of things was above and beyond what you see as the new normal. Politeness, consideration and communication were all outstanding!

Could not have asked for a better experience.
This is biggie, gave me a ride home and picked me up when the work was completed!
Thorough inspection and assessment. Great and timely communications as to same. Photo documentation and sharing was great. Helped me understand.
Response time and thoroughness with communications was exemplary.
Honesty, respect, customer service, cleanliness, seems job 1 with this shop.
Restroom was so clean and nice smelling I would have been almost comfortable eating off the floor. Don't know how they do it but please keep it up.
You are doing a fine job with this.
Glad you have established this location and are here for us.

Plugged tire/oil change
AAA listed shop; used for flat tire and oil change cuz it was about that time. Easy drop off; pick up. No sales pressure. Tire was repairable.

Quick and friendly

Friendly and efficient
Even though I was in for just a simple oil change and tire rotation (with a coupon), I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me on other services as so many other garages will under the same circumstances. I am new to the area and have been hoping to find a mechanic I can trust. This is a great start!
