Excellent Service and Honest Team
I had an outstanding experience at Safe Auto Repair Mont Belvieu. The team was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed my car’s issue quickly, gave me a fair estimate, and completed the work on time. Wonderfully smooth and stress-free experience
I had my truck break down on me and was able to get it towed in and immediately looked at and actually get a plan going the same day which in previous experiences at other businesses that doesn’t happen very often. Usually your vehicle has to sit in late so it was actually really refreshing that they took an immediate look at the truck and started coming up with a game plan on getting it back on the road, I got no surprises with the price. The estimate was accurate and they stuck with the plan which ended up working and I feel confident that had another problem a risen. They would’ve called me before going any further. They just come across as a incredibly respectful very good at communicating and they truly care, long term. Definitely will recommend and everyone was incredible. Spoke mostly with James but also spoke to Brandon and Steven who were both very polite and helpful. Wonderful experience.

Very good experience
I had my 2009 Chevy suburban towed in for a no crank, no start concern.
James was very professional, and assured me he and his team would find a resolution. I believe the technician took his time in the recommendations for repairs. Although I was not able to have the repair completed at this time I never felt pressured or misled.
I will feel confident to recommend SAR to others in the future.

Took my daughters car in for service and all work was completed. They also gave paperwork showing brakes and tires that needed attention.

I highly recommend SAR. They dont sugar coat what needs to be done and they'll work with you in anyway they can. They're definitely there to help the customer and not just take your money.
