Problem solved
I had a problem with service one day, but the service manager and Jay took care of it right away. They were very professional and did their best to make me happy with the outcome.

This dealership was efficient and effective throughout the whole process. My return to this location was based on their services and professionalism that is vastly greater than Ontario Hyundai by leaps and bounds.

Longest oil change ever
Even with an appointment - I had to wait to be checked in - I had to inquire about my car almost 1 1/2 hours later - then find the service advisor and then wait for a cashier to take my money -On top of that I felt I was given erroneous information regarding the cabin filer.

This was my first service visit to this dealership as I had purchased my Santa Fe at another dealership for the past 2 years. I was taking it there even though it was much further from home than the few miles to this one Even though I hadn't made an appointment they attended to me promptly, went over what needed to be done. They completed the work and had me out quickly.

Almost 3 years - service is still on-point
Not sure what else I can say short of copying and pasting my reviews from before. Still love my car, love my dealership and the folks who work there. Sometimes you have to wait a little but then again I never make appointments so I always go prepared with a book or some work to do. High five, PH Hyundai!
