People was courteous & service was faster than promised
Everyone was professional & the service was fast. Again, my only complaint was the price-around $600.00 to replace a mirror. That is outrageous.

Thank you for the positive feedback! We did our best to the the cost of the mirror as low as possible. Unfortunately with painting the mirror the cost of the mirror and labor to install cost can seem a bit high with these new vehicles. If there is anything else we can do for you please let us know.

Great service
The service center let me know that the part that failed on my vehicle was under warranty and they were able to complete the repairs at no cost to me. This showed me that they have their customers in mind and their great service and feeling they are looking out for me have made me a happy and dedicated customer who will let my friends know.

Very nice dealership
They got me in when I needed and took very good care of my vehicle. Kyle kept me informed of what was happening and got the vehicle back to me when promised. Dealership is very modern and clean as opposed to where I bought the vehicle. Quite frankly I was kind of down on Hyundai after dealing with the last dealership as they were unorganized, dirty and not all that nice of people to work with. Took a chance on St. Charles Hyundai as they are by my house and was pleasantly surprised and pleased. I will use them exclusively in the future for my Hyundai needs.

They took care of the important stuff
I got some warranty work done regarding a failed camshaft part. It appears to have been installed and the car runs correctly. Well done.

I also got an oil change and the on-board computer alert did not get reset, so now I get alerts that I need maintenance each time I start the car.

You all give great service when you are not rushing.
Im on the fence when it comes to recommending your company (dealership) because you all (Hyundai) have dropped the ball a couple of times and why can't I be asked if I would like a carwash? We as consumers have other things on our mind are just simply trying to get what needs to be done and forget.

Dealership Service at a reasonable price
Thus far my dealer supplied service on my 2013 Hyundai has been very good, and the cost of the service has been reasonable In spite of the service coming from a dealership ( where service is usually much more expensive than local shops ). Also appreciate the clean up after the service was completed.

St. Charles Hyundai provides consistent and reliable service. The appointment and service process is very professional and pleasant. When servicing my vehicle, I can expect them to do the requested work and inform me of any additional items that need attention. They never pressure me into accepting any suggested services. This has been my experience for over 7 years with my Sonata.

I had called another Hyundai dealer in the Ballwin area due to the emergency I was having and proximity to my location. They proved to be just as they were when I was looking to buy a car, which was not friendly nor service oriented.
I called St Charles Hyundai, as was treated wonderfully. They recognized the emergency and got me right in and had a car ready when I got there. The work was done quickly and precisely. This is why I chose to buy my car here and I will continue to come back.

Maintenance Reminders
The service tech took a look at my record when I came in and told me it had been seven years since I had the system flushed and anti-freeze replaced. Even though I don't have a lot of mileage on my car, it is pretty old so this reminder was very helpful. I appreciate any advice that will keep my vehicle running well.
