Thank you for the feedback. I would like to mention the 2 previous times that you came in, only the fuses were needed. We don't charge diagnosis for fuse testing and replacement. But since this time we actually had to pin point and test the electrical system, there is a charge for diagnosis. We did advise you up front of the diagnosis charge both during the phone call to set the appointment up and and during checking in your vehicle. We apologize for any misunderstanding, and if you would like to have your vehicle repaired per our diagnosis please let us know.

Everything was good except when picking up my car which was after 6pm. I had to go looking for the person in the checkout counter after standing their waiting. Was about 5 minutes before I found her to check me out which wasn't a big deal. But I would have thought she would have said sorry for the delay?

This is my second Hyundai that I purchased from this dealership. I have always been treated well. I appreciate the Service Department's honesty. They are easy to deal with. The service department get's you in and out without any problem. Can't say enough good about my experience with this Service Department.

The people that work there. They go the extra mile. I was there for routine oil change and overall check up on my Sonata. It was taking a bit longer than I had anticipated. I talked with Service Dept because I had another apt that I needed to get to. They gave me a rental car and sent me on my way. No questions asked, just let me know what time they were open to so that I could get the vehicle back to them. It was awesome. I got to the apt, finished, came back and my car was completed. And with a smile from all the people that I had encountered that morning.

Great professional service
St. Charles Hyundai has a staff more trustworthy and customer friendly than other Hyundai dealers in the area to include Ballwin. I can count on the service to be done expeditiously, accurately, as promised in both price and quality. While others have used both misrepresented their product, service, and amenities. While I will probably buy my next vehicle from St. Charles Hyundai, I will not likely have any relationship with others.

Everyone goes above and beyond making sure I’m made aware of what services are being done to my car and if I have any questions or concerns. My last service required a part that needed to be ordered. I was given a loaner car in a timely manner and Chris did a nice job keeping me informed of the parts status and when I could expect to have my car back.
