Problem fixed!
Experienced an extremely loud noise upon turning on the heater fan. Called and scheduled an appointment. Service techs were able to quickly assess problem and corrected it on the same visit. Extremely important as I work out of town and need my vehicle.

High quality is consistent
The service staff is excellent in helping to define and isolate my automotive concern. For general periodic maintenance the waiting room is clean and comfortable. Free beverages and snacks are a welcome addition. The cashier is prompt and extremely courteous.

When I ask for all 3 wiper blades to be replaced please do all 4 unless you can show me it's not needed. An advisor should go to their Supervisor or Manager when they don't have an answer to a problem. The car has paint chipping and pealing due to factory defective paint. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
