Tires
I love coming to Hyundai of St. Augustine for my maintenance. This last time was a bit disappointing. I stated I wanted my tires checked and the tech said my tires were fine, he just checked the tread. I told the gentleman that my tire was leaking cause I had to put air in one that morning. I'm not sure the steps in checking a tire, I felt the tech didn't do his due diligence to check my tires. If I wasn't persistent I would have drove off with bad tires. After I stated the leak the tires were checked and he then noticed three of the four tires were bad.

Good service, but still have a clunking noise in the back after at least 4-5 attempts to rectify.
Had good service experience. Liked my 2014 Tucson much better than this 2016 model Tucson.

Excellent service with one technical question about FCA assist radar.
Excellent service department. Just one question: On my 2018 Hyundai Kona, how do the service technicians test to see if the Front Collision Avoidance assist is actually working??? Is it only done digitally using computer codes, or can the actual radar being emitted be detected???

You will have a warning light showing a malfunction in the system. Our technicians are able to communicate with the systems and find error codes if there is one present.

Honesty is the Best Policy
I have had a wonderful experience with Hyundai of Saint Augustine, from my car purchase to all of the services I have had there. I only had 1 incident where the manager lied to me about a simple thing. That made me weary but Hyundai but the team I had worked with for my purchase and continuous service outweighed the lie. I am glad I stayed and just hope things continue to go as well.

I have always received the best of service from the time I leased my vehicle to any service that needed to be done. My salesperson, Jose, was superb. For service, I have interacted mostly with Danny. The ladies in customer service add to the overall pleasant, easy going, non pushy, get to the facts, how can we help, low key, how fast can we get you serviced atmosphere. This is evident even with those in whom I do not have any direct, interaction.
