Very fast and professional
Hyundai Temecula was very professional and fast. Brought my car in around 8am and it was finished around 2-3pm. They didn’t pressure to me to get anything I didn’t feel I needed at the time but did make the suggestion of things to keep in eye on. Very painless and pricing was reasonable. Thanks Hyundai Temecula for getting back on the road fast and safely.

Great Friendly Service
This is my second car from Temecula Hyundai and all of my services on both cars have been done here. The service is quick and friendly. I always wait for my service and it is a comfortable place to wait.

Thank you for coming to visit us on Memorial day. I'm sorry that the service took too long to complete. I know this was the first time in this stores history we opened on a major holiday and had quite a bit of customers come in when not expected. I do see that we even went as far as taking care of the labor to replace the cabin filter which is not something we normally do. We appreciate the feedback and hope next service we can earn a 5 star review.

I called to see if it was possible to take my car in for an oil change on the only day I had off my surprise I was very grateful that they got me in and within an hour they did the oil change and wash my car and out the door I went... thanks again for a job well done??..

Service department is really awesome they provide great service. Took my car to get an oil leak fixed and it was to no charge because it was under warranty. Got picked up and dropped off and a car wash.

Service completed in timely manner, but courtesy car wash is a waste time because the car does not look any better when they finish. It’s like they splash some water on your car and that’s it.

Convenient and Fast
This location makes it easy to schedule an appointment online, and they seem to device the vehicles reasonably quickly. Additionally, staff is always friendly and helpful.

It’s thoughtful that they have a room for parents to wait with their children while the car is serviced.

The only improvement I might suggest is to clean the toys in the children’s waiting room. My son was so excited to play with them, but I couldn’t help cringing when I saw they were rather dirty.

Unfair Pricing
The service team and technicians lack business ethics in pricing and customer service fundamentals. I was initially quoted a price $300 higher than other local dealerships, and when offered the opportunity to make it right, staff refused to match fair pricing. Customer service agents did not return phone calls as promised, the vehicle was not initially washed, and my vehicle keys were misplaced both times of service. Service was less than desirable and not worth the visit based on ethical grounds.
