The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the length of time the process took. 4.5 hours. I’m sure some of it is unavoidable with processing extra, but there where several times we sat for seemingly no reason. It feels like a sales tactic to west down buyers. I will give you a ten below for Clif’s sake, and because we love the car! You may want to consider promoting what Consumers Report says about the Tucson Plug-in Hybrid in their 2022 Car Buying issue: 93 overall score. That’s excellent. Thank you!

I really enjoyed working with Cliff. He a very long process as pleasnt as he could. He never made feel ignored and kept me informed as the process proceeded. This is the 4th car I have purchase at this dealer and I'm sure I will do business with them in the future.
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and ease it was buying our ioniq5 from Russel Westbrook Hyndai in Anaheim. Our sales representative cliff was knowledgeable and patient while explaining the many features on the vehicle. He easily loaded Electrify America in my phone so when I needed. Charge I was prepared.
