Fantastic experience buying new car
CJ was by far the best car sales person we have ever worked with. He was honest, and we did not feel like he was trying to over sell the vehicles. He did everything he could to accommodate us given we have two impatient children. Everything about our experience was excellent. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience
I went in feeling anxious about buying a new car and was soon at ease. CJ Swander was our salesman. CJ is friendly and down to earth, and easy to talk to. He asked our wants and needs in a car, showed us a couple different cars, talked about the difference in the cars and options, he was very knowledgeable! Answered all our questions we had! We purchased a Hyundai Tucson XRT, I love it! CJ even showed us the tech stuff that would have taken me awhile to figure out...lol. The dealership is over an hour away from our home, but I am so glad we made the trip! We definitely will recommend CJ and the dealership to family and friends! Thank you so much!!

Think of your favorite trio: TLC? The 3 Amigos? Lebron, Bosh and Wade? Q: What do they all have in common? A: They all have NOTHING on CJ, Mike and Bob. Because of these three, I will be a lifelong Ganley customer thanks to their teamwork, professionalism, efficiency and kindness!

CJ made it very clear from the start that he would not push, steer or pressure a sale of any kind. Through this, he was able to match make me with my dream car, the 2022 Hyundai Tucson, Hybrid. Our conversations before, during and after the sale were candid and made a very big decision feel as if I had a friend to discuss it with through every step!

As a first time lessee, I did not know what to expect when it came to trading in my 2008 Highlander to lease a car - cue Mike! Mike was not only and instant friend but a very helpful numbers guy. He presented all information in a positive and encouraging way and was quick to adjust as needed! After the numbers were at a place I felt comfortable with, the team was kind enough to offer me the option of waiting for the next available Finance manager or coming back the next day - I chose the latter and they let me drive my new wheels home for the evening before finalizing our lease- This was an incredibly awesome plan and made my experience that much smooth!

The next day, I came in and saw my new pals, CJ and Mike and they sent me along to Bob to finalize our paperwork - You know, the part all of us as consumers dread a little? LET ME TELL YOU, Bob, with his extensive experience and knowledge of the car buying industry was helpful, kind and patient. He navigated thoroughly through the stacks of papers, explaining each signature for someone with less knowledge (me) without making me feel talked down to (sadly, as a solo female shopper, this can happen often) - He tied the bow on a delightful experience!

I am already looking forward to coming back for oil changes and rotations and to keep these new friendly faces around for a while! CJ, Mike and Bob, thank you so much again and CJ, best of luck with your wedding!!

Amazing experience!
The team at Ganley Westside Hyundai is amazing. CJ Swander was absolutely great. Friendly and knowledgeable to say the least. He was patient and went over all our options to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Mike Vanderhoof was easy to work with and didn’t stop until we had the deal we wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
