I brought 4 tires from their site and booked the appointment online as well and they called me as soon as the tires arrived. My car was jacked up and now it drives so smooth. I notice them driving the car to check if the alignment was good and tires was balanced, that meant a lot because it shows that they give a damn.The waiting area has great ac and phone chargers so I didn’t feel like I was waiting for so long , but definitely consider getting a friend or Uber.

Professional, efficient, trustworthy

I have been coming for services at Hialeah auto care center for a couple of years now and through their transparency and professionalism have earned my trust. I have no doubt in their ability to fix any issue my vehicle has and their prices are competitive to other shops. The difference is in the quality of their work that they do it right the first time and back it up with a warranty. I love the breakdown of the invoices with pictures of any issues the vehicle may have. Christian, who I have worked with lately is simply the best. Always aware to send you updates, always looking for the best solution to the problem. To say he is an ultimate professional is an understatement
