Tires
I usually go for oil change.
Few months ago I went for tire rotation. While leaving I noticed a crack on the windshield I call them immediately I said I sure when I came I didn't notice any cracks in my windshield the customer service person laughed and said what you think we trough tools around I just took as is. And replaced my windshield.
Most recent the end of the month of May about a week ago I went for an oil change and state inspection.
I was told I need the two front tires to be replaced they gave me an estimate but did not replaced the tires
After my visit I started to her reading noise from the front tire I assumed it was something loose
So I decided to go back and have them check for the cause.
Few minutes later a mechanic approached me trying to show a broken spring which tugged in I wasn't able to see them I was told it will cost $1,400.00
My concern why this issue comes up as soon as I leave your place
I had never heard that noise before I enter you facility yet I after I leave all goes wrong. Surprised they didn't discover the problem when the working on the car during the checking the tire while the car on the lift during the oil change.help me understand.t

Rude
This used to be my go to for great service at a fair price done quickly. Had a horrible experience trying to get tires. they don’t honor appointments if you make one online they say it doesn’t count if you put one in the book they say that one doesn’t count. Had an issue after I purchase the tires came back less than 24 hours later and they said they were too busy to help me. The guy at the desk could not have been more condescending or rude. He gave me attitude when I was there previously for an oil change, which is why I always try and deal with the woman who is there who extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Had to take my car somewhere else to have them take care of something that they should’ve done when they put the tires on.. I’ve recommended this place to several people never again.

Love Melvin’s in NK!!
I’m never discouraged or disappointed at Melvin’s. I HIGHLY recommend them for all automotive issues. They are speedy, courteous and most of all HONEST! They work with the customer and truly care about customer satisfaction and helping save costs! Thank you Melvin’s!! I will be back!

Horrible experience
Went in for break work, they took 2400 dollars from me and gave me a car even more broken than before. Claimed there was nothing they did it was a coincidence and I had to take it somewhere else. Thieves. Zero attention to detail and trash customer service.

Great professional mechanics
Took me in the day I called and completed work by noon. Should be noted they were extremely busy that day. “The Mechanic” Chris, who is also the manager called me several times and kept me informed of what the car needed. Great service and price. Always take my cars there. Worth the drive

The best!
Reliable and trusted. I’m a loyal customer. My ‘05 Tacoma is on its 5th set of tires, my ‘06 F250 on its 2nd set! All bought and installed at MTP’s in NK. Don’t go anywhere else. These guys are good, reliable and friendly!!!
