A great experience. From purchasing my Sonata to the service department, I have never been so well taken care of. Love my Sonata and all the staff. I usually find car dealerships very intimidating but this was a totally different experience for me.

Broke my steering wheel
I took my car in for repair of my steering wheel and now the horn doesn't work, they want to charge me for the damage they caused.

Friendly, helpful
Only problem I encountered was when I climbed into my freshly vacuumed and clean car, the steering wheel was jammed. The associate said that it is possible that someone grabbed the steering wheel when getting out of the driver's seat. She unblocked it, explaining what had happened.

I go way out of my way (close to an hour) to take my car to Hyundai of St Augustine (which is also where i purchased the vehicle from) just because they are always very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

THE BEST THERE IS, PERIOD!
Fast, courteous, even showing me service (cabin filter) that did not need replacing. Car dealers just don't do that...except St. Augustine Hyundai. Joe King, Sheryl, Debbie and all the mechanics are top flight. I just did their survey and my only lament was not being able to give them 11's. It's just above and beyond service.
And yes, I'm buying another Hyundai. Car is great, but the service is even better.

scheduling an appointment
I went on line to schedule routine maintenance on my 2013 Santa Fe. I was surprised when I received an email stating they couldn't give me a quote on a new vehicle without knowing the make and model of my vehicle. Confused I tried calling them on the phone (twice) to make the appointment and and twice I was connected to new sales. Finally after contacting them online again I live chated with Becca and got an appointment and confirmed the work I needed done. The sales dept was great when we bought the vehicle, but the service dept needs some work.

Great Comeback.
Something was wrong with my appointment. I was scheduled before service opened. They recovered nicely but they did not wash the car. I guess system was down??? They offered for me to come back, which was customer friendly, but I live 30 miles away. Too far for a car wash only.
