Wonderful experience!
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! I was given an estimate of up to one hour for an oil change and emissions test and they did it in half the time! Best experience I’ve ever had getting vehicle maintenance

Sonia, she worked the front counter. She was very friendly, she knowledgeable. My oil change was done in a timely manner.

Excellent
Carlos is the best ! He was able to orchestrate the repair of my car with a dedicated effort of reassurance and the responsibility of making sure my car was safe to drive . I drive for a living 15 to 20 hours a day my life and pay check depend on my mechanic taking good car of me ! Thanks Carlos !

Mechanic Stole the Tonneau Cover off my Truck f150 tri fold
I dropped my truck off via Tow, gieco stated they would cover what was needed as far as repairs… I went back to pick up my truck and look around it and I saw the cover was gone… I had a baby toy bin in the back I picked up for my kids in the back it was covering… I asked where’s my cover Carlos claimed truck spent the entire time in Garage and there was no cover….. i explained to him yes it was and also let me see the camera since your so sure he said there wasn’t any in the shop I said that’s a lie there’s one right there I have already saw…. He told me I have to understand this is still a hartford area… like that excuses the theft….. it’s your responsibility to update me if you clearly took pictures of my cover n truck and saw things went missing on your watch….. He refused, I told him I am not leaving until I get my cover my wife stepped out and said we need a manager now he claimed he spoke to a manager and the manager confirmed he will order a new cover for me I called a few days later Carlos claimed the cover he bought was a clip in button one I said I had the tri fold he claim he’ll return the button n get the trifold … he later came to speak to me n my wife and showed me a pic on his phone of my cover while at his garage waiting to be repairs which was odd because he said it wasn’t there or on it originally… I am still waiting have yet to receive a call or email after I requested to be on the email order for tracking no word on manager either….. WORST SHOP EVER STAY AWAY PLEASE.

Car was dropped of over night and anything could of happened. We told you we was going to take care of you and we did. We got you the same cover that you said you had there. We try to make the best out of a bad situation. We apressiate  your business and will hope to see you again.

a great experience...
I was traveling to West Hartford to visit my grandchildren when my brakes started to grind. My mechanic in Maine had said that I needed to have the brakes redone before the van could pass inspection.... so this was not completely unexpected. I called Midas and they took me in immediately. They did the work the same day and despite the fact that I thought I would not be back to pick up the van until the following day, when I showed up at closing time they had the paperwork ready and I was on my way. While the cost was a little more than I would have paid in Maine, it was to be expected.... I was extremely pleased with the experience.
