Extremely Happy with Rodeo Hyundai!
I scheduled a oil change and tire rotation on our 2015 Santa Fe. The appointment day/time were perfect, Cheyanna was the service person, also very nice and efficient plus knows her position.

I asked her to check, (inspect) for a rattle in the muffler tailpipe area which was completed and I found the issue is covered under original owner warranty! Wonderful news!

The part is ordered and I will make another appointment to get the muffler replaced upon arrival.

Amazing service from such nice friendly people. I also talked to three other people, the receptionist and two sales people, equally as friendly/knowledgeable as Cheyanna!

A excellent experience I had.

Best service in town!!
I just had my Hyundai Elantra's oil change and tire rotation done at Rodeo Hyundai even though I didn't purchase the vehicle there!! Why? Because this is the best service dealer in all of Phoenix and believe me, there are plenty of choices!!
Cheyanna, my service rep always goes above and beyond to make sure my car is done in a timely manner and she also has it washed for me!!!
The next day I saw that my tire was losing air quickly. I called the service department and Ken answered. I told him what was going on and he said they were pretty busy but he would get me in as soon as possible. I got to the dealership and it turns out I had a nail in my tire. Ken was able to get a technician, Noah on it promptly and they had it patched and out there door in less than ½ hour!! They even got the car washed again!!! Cheyanna and Ken took care of me just like they take care of all their customers!! Rodeo Hyundai is the best place in town and I hope you'll go check them out yourself!! I'll be purchasing my next vehicle there as well!!!!

One thing to work on is that when the customer tells who ever is scheduling what is being done to indicate that on the pad so there is no delay on the work being done.
