Faster than expected
Dropped off for an oil change. They completed a few recalls and washed it as all. Was done way faster than expected.

Oil change and key fob change
I came for an oil change. I told the service manager I had my own oil and filter (which was purchased from Hyundai). When I got the car back my oil and filter had not been touched. I checked the engine and the oil looked like it was new. I checked the bill and you had replaced my synthetic oil with your own Quaker State oil. I now have to go somewhere to get my oil changed back to synthetic. Also, minor point, there was no sticker on the windshield showing when the oil was changed and next one due.
As for the key fob, I purchased a new fob from parts and gave it to maintenance to program. That was completed, but the key was not changed to the new fob. It was useless to me that way. Luckily my wife noticed the missing key and we had maintenance locate the old fob and change the key.

Ok but not great
Tried to sell me two new filters when I changed it two days prior, makes feel like they never really looked at it... what else's didn't they really look at?

Apparently there was some kind of mix-up with your filters. For this exact reason, it is our policy is to show customers their dirty filters if they are in need of replacement. Experience depends on who greets you in service department
I pulled in front of the service garage with a green light above it, but no one came out to greet me. I walked in to check my car in and they told me bluntly that I had pulled into the exit lane and needed to move my car. If that truly is the case then why is there a green light above it and how difficult is it in terms of customer service to make it appear to the customer that it is not a big deal and the service people move it? The service person would not even talk to me until I moved my car. Once I did, he asked if I had an appointment, yes, and when he asked my name, which is unique so I started spelling it, he had problems finding it even when I spelled the whole name out. I felt put out by this. Then when I declined a service he suggested, he questioned me about it, like really you don't want that? Sorry, no I don't, the car is barely 3 months old it should not need a fuel injection treatment. I was very dissatisfied with this treatment but thankful that when my car service was completed a different technician came and went over the results with me and told me where to pay and find my car. Thus the first guy sucked but the second saved the rating, which is odd because my husband has been coming to this dealership for over 3 years and has raved about the service department, but when I told him my experience he was surprised as well. Only returning in future because have a prepaid service plan.
