Car Buying
I appreciated everything about this buying experience - except for the hard sell from the finance department. It should have been much quicker and easier since I was paying CASH for a new car - but they really wanted to up-sell me on various warranty packages, none of which I bought.

Professional and Fast
Went in to look at a new Toyota Tacoma and chose to purchase right away. Brian answered all of my questions about the vehicle and differences between models and made test driving very easy and once I decided to purchase my truck, it was fast and seamless from start to finish in under 4 hours! I will be doing it again.

No surprises
This is the third vehicle I’ve purchased from Brian. I keep coming back because Brian explains all the details honestly and treats me with respect. I could have purchased a bZ4X from Beaverton or Wilsonville, but chose to wait until it was available at McCords.

The service group was efficient and true to their word for time. Well done. Talked with Brian in the Sales group and worked out a new lease for 2023, as a new shipment of cars arrives in the next 2 weeks.

Wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful experience in finding the right vehicle we wanted. We were quickly given the information and expectations of time required if we chose to wait for a new model versus purchasing a certified pre-owned.

horrible service, Dealer did not file dvm paper correctly, still waiting 2+months
Purchased a car on 12/31, it was not in stock.
When in came on 1/15 in the temporary license had allready been filled out with the back date of 12/15, so we had only 15 days left on the temporary license.

We have had to spend $70 on more temporary licenses.

Today we need to get yet another temporary license and got a letter from DVM saying the dealer did not even fill out the DMV paper work correctly and di not fill in the mileage or sign the dmv papers.
