Great work
Great work, knowledgeable about my VW beetle that had needed a good bit of work (especially the electrical work needed). They made sure to explain the issues to me before working on the car and did great, especially since I know it’s difficult working with electrical issues in VWs and other European cars. Overall great experience, thank you.

Flexibility and customer relations
I originally brought the car in for just an oil change and needed it back by noon, but at drop off I remembered it has never has a brake fluid flush and asked if that could be fit into the timeframe I had available. "Absolutely" was the answer.

Next we discovered the battery was bad, it was the original, and needed to be replaced.

Even after the curveballs and audibles you all were still able to get the car back to me in the time I had available making things just easier.

Thank you for being flexible and working to provide the best service possible.

Their service, service writers, management and technician are always professional and courteous. Annual service and inspection are detailed and recommendations for repairs are only when absolutely necessary or within scheduled timeframes.
