Horrible experience with Bill.
Bill was rude, and condescending. This is not the way I expect to be treated, especially after all of the money I have spent here over the years in car repairs.

Poor customer service
I had an issue with my Nissan Altima. Bill quoted me one price, then charged me almost double. I never said OK to the price difference. I am not very happy as I have been bringing my cars there for over 10 years.

They usually do great work but this last time Bill was quite rude and they over charged me what I was quoted. I am waiting to hear back from them.
