Excellent Service Advisor
My Service Advisor, Ben Girard, took excellent care of me and my car. My scheduled maintenance appointment was at minimal 3 hours plus diagnosing the check engine light issue. He offered me a loaner car to use so that I wouldn't be stuck at the dealership all day on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon! I really appreciate his thoughtfulness and going the extra mile for me!

We appreciate the positive review.  The best news is that the 30,000 mile service doesn't repeat until 60,000 miles.  It is the most comprehensive service Hyundai recommends for your vehicle.  Your next service we will be back to an oil change and multipoint inspection which is a much small investment.

Great Hyundai dealership
I have purchased cars at many dealers over the years, but Earnhardt Hyundai in Scottsdale is by far the best. Great purchase experience with no pressure. They helped me find the perfect car and kept my payment as low as possible.

Took my Elantra in for service last week, without an appointment, and the service guy got me in for a quick fix. Not too many dealers would have done that. Also, did not charge me for things that many other dealers would have.

The whole facility is new and thoroughly maintained. Staff is very friendly, and you never feel like salespeople are lurking. If you are in the market for a Hyundai, I would definitely recommend Earnhardt Hyundai in Scottsdale.

Great Customer Service
I brought my 2009 Genesis in for two brake related recalls on Monday, October 13. My service writer was Ben Girard. Initially, he told me that they were booked and we made an appointment for later in the week. However, Ben asked me further about the issues I was experiencing (brake pedal was going to the floor) and expressed concern over my driving the car in that condition. He asked me to leave it with him. The courtesy shuttle took me to my office.
At about 1:30 PM, Ben called to tell me to report that they were able to verify the braking issues and replaced the defective parts, which included the ABS module.
I recognize that the dealership is busy but Ben took the time to listen to the symptoms the car was was experiencing and recognized that this was a safety issue. I appreciate that he listened and showed concern. The repair was prompt as was his contact with me. I will gladly take my car back to Ben to have it serviced.
As an aside, it was my first time at your new location. The building is beautiful and appears to be top notch. Also, the courtesy drivers were friendly and professional.
