Repair Estimate
Needed a repair estimate for State Farm Plus 7500 mile service.
I bought the Sonata in Henderson Nevada, paid for Severe Usage Service.
Henderson Hyundai Superstore required scheduled maintenance 3,750 engine oil and filter because of the Severe Usage area.
I was charged $78.68 for the 7,500 mile which I Paid for when then Sonata was bought ???

Highly recommend
Scheduling routine service with Huffines Hyundia Plano was efficient and simple. One phone call, one person and I had my day/time. Once there, I was able to sign up for a ride share service, organized by the kind person at the front desk at no cost to me. When it was time to pick up my car, I called the service department as told and at just the right time, I was picked up by the ride share service and on the way back to the dealership. My car was ready and I was on my way home. Great job Huffines! Another reason I love my Hyundia Palisade

IMMEDIATE response to problem
Brandon contacted me immediately after receiving my unhappy review of the service work done. He was concerned about the issues I had had. Brandon wanted t be sure everything is being corrected. He has gone over and above the necessary to be sure I am pleased with Huffine's. He addressed each issue and is is making sure all is being properly done. I am very happy with the immediate response he gave this problem and serves well with Huffine's. Brandon is definitely an asset for the company.

Wiring damaged by rodents
The repair was not completed when the car was returned to me. Missed damaged wire to parking light. A rodent nest was left under the hood making it inviting for the rodent(s) to return. Ordinary electrical repair tape was used for repair instead of rodent repellant tape.

Terrible experience
Waited for a communicatio on the status of my vehicle for almost 5 days.
