Recall Service Appointment
Nobody wants to deal with a car repair/recall notice, but this one went great from start to finish. Made the call to set-up the appointment and the service lady was extremely friendly & professional.
On the appointment day, we were greeted by the service center staff. They started the process of getting our car serviced while my son and I enjoyed coffee & snacks in the waiting area. The overall process was very timely and they also have recommendations of other routine service for the vehicle.
Definitely recommend! Thanks!!

Very fast and responsive to my concern. Polite and efficient!
Upon receiving the review, Abby in the service department immediately contacted me to make the issue I was having right. She assured me it was an accident because they had several technicians working on the matter in order to get me speedy service. I'd recommend the Joe Machen's service department to anyone.
