Driving at 5 a.m, I heard a bang and my car instantly stopped. My control arm and axle snapped causin
g my wheel to come off my car. Had it towed to the Car Care Center, and the team there took care of the issue right away. They couldn't drive my car inside to work on it in the shop because of no wheel. So they jacked it up in their parking lot and had to do the job laying on the pavement outside. After waiting for parts, had it fixed the next day. Which was incredible, I saw all the business they had, I doubted if they would be able to get to it for awhile. So I rented a car rental for a week. Since they got it done so fast I was able to return the rental car days ahead of schedule saving me more money. Can't beat fast service and saving money. They also checked all over my car and said it all looked good. I had just had my cars brakes and tires changed and inspected. You would figure someone would have seen the issue that caused this mess. But just leaving a tireless vehicle in his lot and Car Care Center fixing it faster than a hiccup and getting my car back on the road, was a great and unexpected surprise and saved me time and money. I won't hesitate taking my car to Car Care Center when an issue arises. Mark and his team is fast and efficient. The price even came in lower than the estimate I was given. Another bonus. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that has a issue with vehicles. Car Care Center will take care of you and your car.
