I can’t say enough good things about Caliber Auto Repair in El Cajon. Jacob (the owner) and Sabrina (
the office manager) knew what was wrong with my vehicle before they even looked at it, which immediately gave me confidence I was in great hands.
They’re honest, not pushy at all, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated receiving a digital summary of the recommended repairs and then getting a call to talk through options and decide how to proceed—no pressure, just transparency.
It’s hard to find an auto shop you truly trust, but Caliber has earned mine. Highly recommend!

Jim and Bert auto shop. I couldn’t be more happier than to use their service because I felt very secure. They are honest, humble, and kind owners.
You know, sometimes you go to an unk auto shop and the first instinct is they’re gonna take advantage of me because I’m a female or for whatever reason. I’m good pretty good in judging characters and I did not have that bad instinct with this auto shop. I couldn’t be more secure now trusting/confident of their service. Rather than pushing me for a new part, they highly recommend that they fix/repair the problem first, that was a plus for me because if it was any other mechanic, they would’ve taken advantage of me for profit. Been there, done that.
